I’m a bit of a sucker for stories about rock stars, so I was excited to read this rock star romance!

Marin knows nothing about the rock music scene and travelling with a rock band on tour is a far cry from her career dream of working at a prestigious tech firm, but in order to impress the company she’s working for, she has to take the assignment. At first the band members seem like the typical rock star personalities she’s seen in movies, but Brad doesn’t quite fit the mould. Marin can’t deny she’s feeling an attraction for him, and Brad has made it pretty clear that’s exactly how he feels too, but she is so determined not to do anything to risk her career that she feels like her choice is clear – nothing can happen between them. As the tour progresses, that stance gets harder and harder for her to maintain.

This was such a cute romance story. Marin’s internal struggle with her work ethic and increasing desire, and Brad’s banter throughout the book just made for a really fun read. I enjoyed getting to know the other band members and some of the practical jokes they played on each other made me laugh out loud. I read this all in one night because it was such a witty and heartfelt story that was making me smile. I couldn’t put it down!
